With 26 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Frankie has spent years teaching pelvic floor and core exercises. 

As a mother of 4 children, fitting in an effective core workout in a busy lifestyle is important. When she came across Hypopressives she was amazed that she hadn’t realised that she suffered from incontinence. Being strong and training hard unfortunately had a negative impact on her pelvic floor and leaking was a debilitating side affect of training, coughing, sneezing and much more…. Learning how to effectively balance the entire core instead of doing traditional “core training” has dramatically improved her life that she is passionate to share the skill and help other women and men.

MY JOURNEY

As a mother of 4 children, I understand the overwhelm of life! Balancing all our responsibilities often leaves me with very little time to myself. This is why I’ve taken care to create an easy flow to follow that can fit in easily into your day and reduce symptoms that may be impacting your life in such detrimental ways. Exercise doesn’t always happen, resulting in lower self-esteem and a distorted body image. But by changing my mindset to make small positive steps, and always include my Hypopressives Flow it has enabled me to care for all my life responsibilities whilst having more energy and being more body-confident! My goal is to help other ladies and mothers enjoy the benefits of doing the same.

No more self-sabotage

Frankie is at the top of her game and with her knowledge of nutrition and her experience as a mum and a business owner, working from home. She has created a community of support to help with some of the most uncomfortable bodily issues we are plagued with. From incontinence to sexual dysfunction to simply not being able to narrow the waistline!  Classes are only 10-15 minutes. Can be done just about anywhere. Recordings are made in order to catch up if you miss the class and there is constant advancement in order to go from strength to strength. By joining her Empower group you’ll learn a brand new awareness of your body and action some powerful changes.
