MY JOURNEY

As a mother of 4 children, I understand the overwhelm of life! Balancing all our responsibilities often leaves me with very little time to myself. Exercise doesn’t always happen, resulting in lower self-esteem and a distorted body image. Changing my mindset to make small positive steps, combined with balanced but regular exercise, has enabled me to care for all my life responsibilities whilst having more energy and being more body-confident! My goal is to help other ladies and mothers enjoy the benefits of doing the same.
